My name is Molly and I am a lover of all things done at home. Whether it is cooking up my husband’s favorite dinner, baking sweet treats for our weekend guests, cleaning the house to make it “picture perfect”, or working on all types of projects around the house, I love being able to make my home the perfect place to be.

I am by no means perfect, nor do I have lots of time on my hands, but I always seem to make time to be a homemaker. For some it comes naturally, and some it takes a little more work, but I truly believe that everyone has the potential to make their house a home.

I grew up loving to learn how to do everything around my childhood home. In 4th grade I got my first sewing machine and by 6th grade Santa had brought me a KitchenAid stand mixer. I would always clean and thrived on learning the skills that could make me as handy as possible. It’s not natural ability that makes an individual the ideal homemaker, it is the desire to create beautiful things.

I hope that this blog can inspire you to create and maintain all aspects of your life, so you can go to your house everyday and have that “welcome home” feeling every single time.
